Every year Hafan Cymru organises a team of runners to take part in the Swansea 10K and/or the Cardiff Half Marathon. If you would like to join the team or sponsor our runners please get in touch with Siân Ashiru on 01267 225569.

Where: Opposite St. Helens Ground, Oystermouth Road
Entry prices (online): £15.00 (affiliated) / £17.00 (non-affiliated)
Fundraising minimum - £200*
There are also 1K, 3K and 5K races for children and the online entry price is
£4.00.

In 2010, Katherine Jenkins joined us on the run to raise awareness and funds for Hafan Cymru. Watch the film to see 'Team Katherine' in action running the Swansea 10K - they raised a staggering £11,000!
*We would like any one who enters for the run(s) to raise a minimum of £200 for Hafan Cymru. Fundraising can be done a number of ways and we will support you with ideas to get you going.
