Emma's Story

Emma was a recovering Heroin addict, was in a dysfunctional relationship and on the brink of losing her children. With a safe home and daily back-up from her new ‘family’, Hafan Cymru’s support team, she is focusing on the important things in her life and being the best mum she can.
