Supported Housing

Temporary Housing

Hafan Cymru is a Housing Association and we own properties across Wales to provide temporary supported housing which consist of self-contained houses or flats.

Each person receiving support is allocated Support who provides an individually tailored package of support to each service user and their children. Our structured support package enables the person to develop the skills and confidence needed to move on into independence.

Although we do not provide 24-hour support in these projects, tenants are provided with a safe and secure home and have access to a 24 hour On Call service.

To find out if we have supported housing in your area please go to Our Offices page.

  • You can be escaping from a partner or a family member

Support in your own home

Hafan Cymru offers outreach and what is known as ‘Floating Support’. Our floating support offers support services to women and men living in their own home and is targeted at vulnerable women or men of all ages, both those with children and single women, and we can support older women, men and those living in rural areas.

Each person receiving support will be allocated a Support Worker who provides an individually tailored package of support to each service user and to their children. Our structured support package enables women or men and their children to develop the skills and confidence needed to maintain themselves in an independent home within the community.
