Regular meetings with their line managers ensures all employees are able to discuss their development and any concerns they may have with their workload.

Health and Well Being
BUPA Employee Assistance Programme
24 hour confidential support is available for employees, their spouse or partner and any children over the age of 16 living at home with them. The programme can offer advice for emotional and practical concerns as well as childcare issues and health advice.
Occupational Sick Pay
More generous than Statutory Sick Pay, our Occupational Sick Pay increases with length of service.
Eye care vouchers are available to cover the cost of an eye test and, if necessary, a contribution towards any spectacles required for VDU use.
