Hafan Cymru AGM 2020
Posted in the News Category
Last week we ran our Annual General Meeting (AGM) in a slightly different way than usual due to COVID restrictions, though we are fortunate enough to have great stakeholders committed to attending remotely.
At the AGM, the Hafan Cymru 2019-20 Annual Report was presented and company achievements, growth and recent challenges were discussed. Whilst we have made a great deal of progress during the year we recognise there is still a lot of work to be done in the year ahead with the impact of COVID-19. It is due to the resilience of the association and the commitment of Hafan Cymru staff that we are able to continue to build solid foundations, which will provide us with the confidence we need to face any challenges the year ahead may bring.
“It was has been a great honour to lead such an amazing organisation, we have been on an incredible journey over the last 4 years and we are proud of how the business has responded and embraced the changes we have needed to make. The year ahead will bring with it difference particularly due to COVID-19 but together I believe we have the resources, confidence and skills to take on any challenges we may face and I am looking forward to continuing to lead Hafan Cymru with the strategic guidance of our Board of Management during the year ahead.”
Sian Morgan, Hafan Cymru CEO – Annual Report 2019-20.
