Sponsor a client
Hafan Cymru will be hosting reserved tables for the most important people – our clients. Each will be accompanied by their support worker. You can pay for a pair of tickets, or even buy an overnight stay for the client at the Marriott.
Be Our Main Sponsor
As a key part of the whole event, you would feature on all our publicity, posters, tickets, programme, social media and speeches at the event. Be everybody’s favourite organisation when they are offered an arrival drink, “courtesy of your organisation”. Includes a reserved table of 10 and of course lots of sincere thanks for your sponsorship.
Be our Entertainment Sponsor
As sponsor of the evening’s entertainment package, you will be featured on the program and on pop-up banners that flank the music before and after dinner. Entertainments will include a soloist musician at pre-dinner refreshments, a DJ and a live band. You will be invited to give a 2 minute talk on your organisation and introduce the band and The sponsor will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event.
Sponsor the “Inspiring People” Award
The “Inspiring People” Award will be presented to a former client who has gone on to contribute to the wellbeing of others. The former client will be invited to attend with a partner/support worker
The sponsor will be featured in the award presentation speech and engraved on the award. Photographs will be taken at the event with the winner and the award will be promoted on Hafan Cymru’s website and social media. The sponsor will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event.
Sponsor the “Inspiring Colleague” Award
The “Inspiring Colleagues” Award will be presented to a Hafan Cymru Staff member who embodies the value of Hafan Cymru: being inspirational, and showing versatility, integrity and fairness. The staff member will be invited to attend with a partner. The sponsor will be featured in the award presentation speech and engraved on the award. Photographs will be taken at the event with the winner and the award will be promoted on Hafan Cymru’s website and social media. The sponsor will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event.
Pre-Dinner Refreshments Sponsor – £200
Each guest will be offered a pre-dinner refreshment (Sparkling Wine, Glass of Beer, Fresh Orange Juice) sponsored by you! We will ensure that your name and logo is displayed prominently in welcome area and you will also be featured in the event programme.
Evening Programme Sponsorship
Not everybody can afford to be a main sponsor, but every little helps. Every guest will receive a programme on arrival, detailing the events of the evening. You can support us by buying a medium or large advert on the program – raising awareness of your services with all our guests (including a few local VIPs!)
Provide an Auction Lot
Are you the type of person or organisation that can provide an auction lot that money just can’t buy? If so you could help immensely by providing a lot – it could be an original professional artwork, a lunch or afternoon playing golf with a VIP, meeting the members of a sports team, a pair VIP seats at a popular event…..whatever you can do that nobody else can.
